I had an amazing Christmas vacation to wrap up 2014. I always enjoy exploring new areas and capturing them along the way. I was so surprised to see the wide range of color & landscape differences in Alabama verse Miami. Obviously they are very different but to actually experience it through a lens was fascinating. With the mix of different colors and variety of landscape we came up with some fun portraits. All the lighting is natural as you would've guessed it. For my composition all the shots where centered by the subject which is how the majority of my photos are. Below are some details on the shots.
These images were shot with the Canon 5D MK III. The lenses used were the Canon 50mm 1.4 & Rokinon 85mm T1.5. All images were edited with VSCO. All the photos were either taken early in the morning or afternoon right before sunset. The settings were at the lowest aperture which is 1.4 for the Canon and 1.5 for the Rokinon. The ISO was constantly at 100 and didn't change very often. The shutter speed would change the most but usually was very low. I hope this helps you on your photo journeys! Peace.
